Celebrating 178 Years of Freedom and HopeMother Victoria Orphanage, Kingsville Community, Careyburg Montserrado

In the heart of Liberia’s 178th Independence Day celebration, the Kyne Hands Foundation Liberia Team driven by compassion and purpose joined hands with the remarkable team at ROCH to bring joy, care, and unity to the children of Mother Victoria Orphanage in Kingsville.

Beneath the fluttering flag and vibrant rhythms of celebration, this collaboration transformed a national holiday into a heartwarming day of service. The children’s smiles lit up the courtyard as volunteers served meals, led games, danced to traditional tunes, and shared stories of resilience and pride. The air buzzed with laughter, but also with love a reminder that Liberia’s future rests not only in history, but in nurturing its youngest hearts.

From storytelling circles to face-painting, from shared meals to moments of reflection, this Independence Day became more than a milestone it became a movement. A movement for hope. A movement for unity. A movement for change.

✨ Together, we didn’t just celebrate a nation we celebrated its promise. ✨
